What is Fast Track at Phu Quoc International Airport?
Fast Track is a VIP airport-assistance service at Phu Quoc International Airport (IATA: PQC). A personal greeter meets you at the aircraft door on arrival (or at the terminal entrance on departure) and escorts you through a priority immigration lane, bypassing the regular queue.
How much does Fast Track on Phu Quoc cost in 2026?
Pricing depends on the package: Standard from 1,900,000 VND (≈ 73 USD), VIP from 2,290,000 VND (≈ 88 USD), VVIP from 2,940,000 VND (≈ 113 USD) per person. Arrival is shown — departure is slightly higher. Children under 11 get a 25% discount.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours before the flight. During peak season (December – March, July – August) we recommend 48–72 hours to guarantee a dedicated greeter.
When and how do I pay?
You can pay in cash (USD or VND) at the airport right after the service, or by card via a secure payment link sent in advance — your choice.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight status in real time. For routine delays the greeter simply meets you at the new time at no extra cost. For long delays we re-schedule together in advance.
Can I bring children?
Yes. Children under 11 receive a 25% discount on the package price. Infants under 2 are free when accompanied by an adult.
What is the night surcharge?
If your flight arrives or departs between 20:00 and 06:00, a night surcharge of 210,000 VND (≈ 8 USD) per person applies.
Is hotel transfer included?
It is included with the VVIP package — a private car between airport and hotel. For remote properties (Bãi Sao, Vinpearl, JW Marriott, etc.) a small surcharge may apply — please ask in advance.
How long does Fast Track actually take?
About 3–7 minutes for immigration vs. the usual 30–60 minutes at peak hours. Total time from aircraft door to the meeting area is roughly 10–15 minutes.
Is the service available at night?
Yes — Fast Track Phú Quốc operates 24/7, all year including holidays. For overnight flights (20:00–06:00) a 210,000 VND per-person surcharge applies.
