On the ground

Leaving the island

Priority lane — Fast Track Immigration

A dedicated counter for Fast Track passengers — no general queue. Airport staff process you outside the regular order on a simplified procedure.

Average passport time is 3–7 minutes instead of the usual 30–60 at peak hours.

A private sedan or SUV with a suited driver waits at the curb. Air conditioning, bottled water, full baggage assistance.

We cover all districts of Phu Quoc — Duong Dong, Bãi Sao, Vinpearl, Long Beach. For very remote hotels, a small surcharge applies, agreed in advance.

Important: for flights arriving or departing between 20:00 and 06:00, a 210,000 VND (≈ 8 USD) night surcharge per person per leg applies.
