Terms of Service
By using Fast Track Phú Quốc you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking
Bookings must be placed at least 24 hours before the flight. During peak season (December–March, July–August) — 48–72 hours. The booking is considered confirmed only after we reply in your chosen messenger.
2. Payment
Cash payment (USD/VND) at the airport right after the service, or by credit card via a secure link in advance. Prices are per passenger; children under 11 get a 25% discount, children under 2 are free. A 210,000 VND night surcharge applies to flights between 20:00 and 06:00.
3. Cancellation & rescheduling
- Cancellation 24+ hours before the flight — free of charge.
- Cancellation 6–24 hours — 50% fee.
- Cancellation under 6 hours — full price.
- Reschedule due to airline change — free, provided you inform us in time.
4. Not included
Prices do not include: visa fees, flight tickets, accommodation, food, insurance, excess-baggage charges by the airline.
5. Liability
We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations, border-service actions, luggage lost by the airline, or other circumstances outside our control. Our maximum compensation is limited to the price of the booked package.
