What we collect
- Full name — to identify you at the meeting point.
- Passport scan — to confirm your identity with the immigration service.
- Flight number and time — to track the flight and meet you on time.
- Contact details (WhatsApp, Telegram, email) — to confirm the booking and stay in touch.
- Hotel address — only for the VVIP package with transfer.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
How we use the data
Strictly to deliver the service you booked: meet-and-greet coordination, immigration walk-through, transfer. We do not share with third parties, do not use for advertising, and do not sell.
Retention and deletion
Passport scans and flight data are deleted within 30 days after the service. Contact details are kept while you use the service; you can request deletion at [email protected].
Cookies
The website fasttrack-phuquoc.com does not use tracking cookies and does not load any third-party analytics. Only Cloudflare technical cookies (bot protection) are set.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
